All my interactions with your company were brilliant, and couldn't be faulted, the set of 3 tubes, all the speedy service I received, everything couldn't be faulted. But.......
If I'm honest, I was disappointed with my rainwater butt cleaning brush. It was a lot of money for what it was and I struggled to get the tubes clean using it. I used an old toothbrush to reach some of the coils which worked in the bits it reached. Perhaps get back to the drawing board for that one 🤣.
