Problem Solverm

I wanted to take water from my shed gutter to a pond. Rainwater Terrace had the parts to make it possible, but a few adaptations were needed. The folk at RT were really good, more than helpful and made it work. You don't often find that sort of pride in making things happen. It's a great firm. Thank you.

Excellent Spares

Replacement outlet pipes and inlet pipes were purchased separately. Excellent, good delivery time, perfect product, fitted well and easy to install --could not fault it. Good to know you can purchase a full range of spares for the Rain Water Terrace water towers, we have 3 of them and they are invaluable.

Issue fixed quickly

The rainwater terrace water butts are excellent, so it was with some sadness that my delivery of the extra inlet pipe, designed to carry water from a down pipe further away, was faulty. Thankfully I was contacted fairly quickly and the issue was resolved, with the staff member working hard to ensure that I got the right piece and that future orders would be free of defects for other purchasers.

This gives me full confidence about ordering from the company in the future and I can highly recommend their customer service should you need it.
